As you know this podcast is primarily intended to help women in burnout or to avoid the pitfalls of burn out and RADIATE by being who you are. To do this you have to stop DOING more to prove you hold value and start BEING more.
So today I want to talk about this from an energy perspective because I still think we as women are not balanced in our energies and to be honest if more women radiated their full selves more I’m sure there would be less burnout.
When I am too much in my masculine energy I get very drained… the same is true for my colleagues and clients. So I decided to talk about this plus give you 5 ways I personally find my flow again and stay true to my natural energy as a very feminine woman.
