In this episode, I talk. about fasting but less about a structured food fast and more about the value in fasting in general. I also share how I do fast from food: it's really simple. 

I discuss my perspective on the value of fasting and abstaining from things that are in excess within many areas of our life. I cover some ideas for each of my 7 pillars for human health. You will be able to walk away with some take-aways and hopefully be compelled to take at least one action step after listening.
