In this episode, I reflect on the ups and downs of life, aiming to provide comedic education. I also share my passion for minerals and health, despite the inner critic and societal pressures. Then I discuss two topics: the deficiencies of the Carnivore diet, particularly in potassium, and the potential toxicity of copper cookware due to copper leaching. I offer alternatives for obtaining potassium while following the Carnivore diet and caution against the use of copper and iron cookware, as well as aluminum cookware. The importance of form, quality, and quantity of minerals is emphasized, along with real-life examples. I reveal the truth about misconceptions regarding iron and aluminum in cooking, sharing a client's experience with high aluminum levels. I mention the maintenance challenges of using copper, iron, and aluminum cookware and encourage listeners to consider safer alternatives.
